George Fraser is a Vice President at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for originating, analyzing, and structuring equity and debt investment opportunities for the firm’s various investment funds. Prior to joining CrossHarbor in 2017, Mr. Fraser was an Associate with AEW Capital Management in the firm’s Asset Management group with a focus on office, industrial, and multifamily properties. Mr. Fraser began his career at AEW Europe’s London office focused on core and value-add UK acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Fraser received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of St. Andrew in St. Andrews, Scotland in Applied Economics and Finance & Management, respectively. Mr. Fraser is also a CFA Charterholder.
