Bio

Derek Boroughf is a Fund Controller and Vice President at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for fund-level financial reporting across several opportunistic and separate account funds. Mr. Boroughf joined the team in 2020 and has over 10 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting. Prior to joining the CrossHarbor team, Derek worked as an Assistant Controller in private equity reporting and fund operations at AEW Capital Management. In that role he oversaw all aspects of fund level financial reporting of several closed-end funds. Derek began his career with PwC in Boston and is a graduate of the University of Connecticut where he received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting.
