David Roellig is a Vice President with CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for sourcing and structuring debt investment opportunities for the firms debt funds. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Mr. Roellig was an Investment Associate with PGIM Real Estate Finance in their CMBS group. While with PGIM, David underwrote CMBS loan opportunities, managed the joint- venture that funded PGIM Real Estate Finance’s $2.9 billion of CMBS loans, and assisted with fundraising for PGIM’s other debt investment vehicles. Before joining PGIM Real Estate Finance, Mr. Roellig was the lead financial analyst at The Prime Group, a development firm based in Chicago. While with Prime, Mr. Roellig worked on existing and prospective development opportunities for the firm including over $700 million of assets nationwide. Mr. Roellig received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
