Courtney Williams is a Chief Compliance Officer and Director of CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC responsible for overseeing fund-level financial reporting and compliance matters. Ms. Williams joined the team in 2017, and has over 20 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting, including ten years as Vice President – Finance and Treasurer at Pyramid Advisors Limited Partnership, a national hotel management company based in Boston. In this role, she was responsible for the company’s financial closing process, all aspects of the property-level and corporate treasury function and maintaining relationships with owners, JV partners and lenders. Prior to Pyramid Advisors, she spent seven years on the accounting and finance team of Heritage Property Investment Trust, Inc., a publicly-traded shopping center REIT, where she was responsible for the financial closing process, implementing adequate internal controls and assisting with periodic reporting to the SEC. Ms. Williams began her career with KPMG LLP in Boston. Ms. Williams received a bachelor’s degree in Economics-Accounting from The College of the Holy Cross and is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
