Christopher Martin is a Vice President at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and structuring debt investment opportunities for the firm’s open-end debt fund. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Mr. Martin was a senior analyst with Mid America Real Estate's investment sales team. At Mid-America, Chris was directly involved in over $1 billion of retail asset dispositions for a wide roster of institutional clients across the Midwest. Mr. Martin began his career at the Ohio Development Services Agency, where he helped manage the State of Ohio’s $1.1 billon (480+ investments) economic development loan and bond portfolios. Mr. Martin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and International Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University.
