Brian Delgado is a Managing Director of CrossHarbor and is responsible for international capital fundraising initiatives and investor relations based in the firm’s Boston office. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Mr. Delgado was responsible for international fundraising activities and investor relations at Rockpoint Group. Prior to Rockpoint Group, Mr. Delgado was employed by GE Capital (“GE”) for 15 years, most recently as Head of Capital Raising and Investor Relations in the United Kingdom and Asia Pacific. Preceding the launch of GE’s investment management business, Mr. Delgado worked in the firm’s Real Estate Business Development, Acquisitions and Asset Management groups in both Central Eastern Europe and New York. Mr. Delgado received a B.S. in Finance and Management from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
