Brendan Barbagallo is a Vice President at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for originating, analyzing, and structuring equity and debt investment opportunities for the firm’s various investment funds. Prior to joining CrossHarbor in 2019, Mr. Barbagallo was an Associate at Muirfield Investment Partners with a focus on opportunistic real estate equity and debt investments. Mr. Barbagallo began his career at Aetna where he completed an enterprise-wide Leadership Development Program before transitioning to Aetna’s Real Estate Investment team that focused on short-term transitional senior mortgage investments as well as LIHTC and Historic Tax Credit investments. Mr. Barbagallo received his undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Economics at Temple University and his graduate degree in Business Analytics at University of Connecticut.
