Bio

Lorenzo has 12 years of experience in the mid-market Private Equity and is Co-CEO of Cronos Capital Partners. Prior to found Cronos Capital Partners in 2018, he worked with several PE firms, based in Milan but with an international footprint and active in the SMEs PE arena. He followed the majority investment in Eurofiere (general contractor active in the exhibit, interior and temporary shops market), Atex Group (non-woven producer) Industrie Chimiche Forestali (adhesives and special fabrics), Marazzi Group (ceramic tiles and building materials), Allsystem Group (security services) and Fonderia Anselmi. At the end of the investment process he was appointed as board member in Eurofiere, Atex Group and Allsystem. Lorenzo holds a cum laude MSc in Banking&Finance (Major in Finance) from the University of Padua. In 2016 founded The Private Equity Kitchen, the no-profit association of the young Private Equity professionals.
