Carlos Rodriguez, is CriticalPoint Capital’s Senior Vice President and head of portfolio company operations. He is responsible for strategy implementation, carve-out efforts, and is the primary liaison between portfolio company senior management and CPC’s partners. He comes to the firm with almost more than a decade of turnaround and restructuring consulting experience, along with four years in the investment management industry. Most recently he was the founder and managing principal of Cardiff Advisors, LLC, a boutique consulting firm focused on providing performance improvement and consulting services to private equity clients. Prior to that, he was a Director in the Restructuring group at Alvarez & Marsal. He has also served on the investment team at Whitehorse Capital Partners (HIG Whitehorse), a Dallas-based par and distressed credit manager. Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of Georgetown University with a double major in Finance and International Business. He was previously an active CFA charter holder, and a Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
