Brad Holtmeier joined CriticalPoint Capital in early 2013 after spending 10 years in various finance roles including, most recently, over eight years in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Platinum Equity. While at Platinum, Brad led complex buy-side, sell-side, and financing transactions in the U.S. and in Europe. In addition, Brad held board positions for several companies in both the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2005, Brad worked as a Senior Credit Officer for the specialty finance company Jules and Associates. Earlier in his career, Brad was an Acquisitions Officer for over five years in the United States Air Force. In his final assignment, he helped procure multi-billion dollar Global Positioning System satellite technology. Brad received his Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Southern California.
