Brennan Murray is a Partner at Cressey & Company responsible for talent initiatives at the firm and across its portfolio of investments partnerships. Building on Cressey’s commitment to partnering with world class leaders, she specifically focuses on sourcing C-suite executives and board directors as well as expanding Cressey’s professional network. Brennan joined Cressey in 2017. Prior to joining Cressey, Brennan spent nearly a decade with Sterling Partners, where she built the talent function which focused on C-suite and board director recruiting. Previously, she was with Korn/Ferry International as a partner. Brennan currently sits on the Advisory Council of the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine and Northwestern Medicine and is actively involved with the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cycle for Survival philanthropic organization. Previously, Brennan served on the Advisory Council for the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and the Corporate Advisory Board of the Greater Illinois Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Brennan earned a BA in Public Relations from Texas Tech University.
