Mr. Jacob DuBois joined Creekbridge Capital Partners in 2017 as a Principal focusing on investments in Building Products, General Industrials and Specialty Manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Creekbridge Capital, he served for over 15 years in roles of increasing responsibility at investment banking firms including Wedbush Securities, McGladrey Capital Markets, and Dougherty & Company. Over the course of his career, he has executed more than 50 middle-market transactions across numerous industry verticals in addition to the above-referenced, such as business services, consumer, distribution, energy, healthcare, real estate and technology. Mr. DuBois’ advisory and capital raising experience encompasses mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), private investments in public equities (PIPEs), debt restructurings, fairness opinions and other special committee assignments. He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH. Mr. DuBois is an active member of his community and has been involved for many years with nonprofit organizations in both Los Angeles and Orange County.
