Bio

Vikas joined the Creador+ team in September 2019 and works with Creador\'s portfolio companies to drive strategic thinking, strengthen leadership teams and steer growth initiatives. Leveraging on his strong management consulting experience, he works closely with the management teams to focus on revenue enhancement, profitability improvement and other business transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Creador, Vikas worked with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he managed projects across sectors such as retail, as well as industrial and consumer goods. Vikas has also held managerial positions at Ernst & Young and KPMG LLP. He has broad experience across multiple sectors, having led execution teams and advised clients across India, Southeast Asia, China and Middle East. Vikas holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and completed his undergraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, graduating with first class honours in Ocean Engineering & Naval Architecture. Outside of work, Vikas is an avid traveler and enjoys playing sports.
