Bio

Ryan joined Creador in 2023 as Vice President with Creador+, focusing on working with management teams of portfolio companies to drive strategic and commercial growth. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group, working on projects in Southeast Asia, primarily in the consumer goods and tech & telco sectors. Afterwards, he became one of the pioneering members of SEEK’s (parent company of Jobstreet & JobsDB) Asia strategy team. There, he helped navigate the business through post-merger integration and took on various commercial and growth leadership roles during his 5 years with the company. Immediately before joining Creador, Ryan was the Country Head and launcher of the Malaysian business for the Indian start-up unicorn, Livspace. Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and a Masters of Management from the University of Melbourne. In his personal life, he is passionate about health and fitness, as well as the discussion and exploration of ideas. On weekends, you would most likely find him practicing yoga or listening to philosophy podcasts while at the gym.
