Bio

Kabir joined Creador in November 2020 and is responsible for identifying and recommending new deals to the Fund. In his capacity as CIO of the firm, he leads the investment and divestment recommendations to the Funds managed by Creador. In addition, Kabir manages the investment advisory office in India, and represents Creador’s through Board positions on investee companies including Sapphire Foods (KFC and Pizza Hut India), iValue Infosolutions, Shriji Polymers and Paras Hospitals. Prior to joining Creador, he spent 15 years at ChrysCapital, a leading private equity firm focused on growth capital investments in India, where he was responsible for coverage and investing across multiple sectors. He also served as an integral part of the CIO’s office at ChrysCapital. Prior to this role, he spent 2 years at Citibank’s investment banking division. Kabir holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in commerce degree from Bombay University. Outside of work, Kabir was a national level swimmer and a triathlete by hobby. He is an avid sportsman and enjoys the NBA and the major soccer leagues in Europe. In his personal capacity, he also sits on the Board of CavinKare.
