Mike joined CPS in 2020 as Vice President. Mike oversees transaction execution and serves as a day-to-day advisor to our management teams on value creation initiatives. Mike works particularly closely with the Royal House Partners platform, PharmaSmart, and HiQo Solutions. Prior to CPS Mike was an Associate with Brookfield Asset Management where he completed over $20B in investments, recapitalizations, and financings. While at Brookfield, Mike lead the first-ever securitization of home service rental contracts in North America, resulting in the $2B recapitalizing of Enercare. Other landmark transactions include the take-private acquisition of Genesse & Wyoming, the largest short-line rail operator in North America, and the acquisition of 49% of ADNOC’s natural gas pipeline network in the UAE. Prior to Brookfield, Mike was an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets.
