Jeff co-founded CPS in 2013 with Mike Arblaster, and leads the firm together with Mike and Jason Fenn. Jeff leads sourcing and transaction efforts and guides operational improvement initiative across our portfolio. He leverages the extensive operating experience he’s built with CPS and in his prior work to coach our management teams on a broad range of subject matters, with a particular focus on enterprise resource planning, data and analytics, and IT and digital transformation. Prior to founding CPS Jeff was with McKinsey and Co., where he led several industry shaping deals in the Telecom, Banking, and Utility industries. With McKinsey, Jeff led negotiations for several asset spinoffs and outsourcing deals totaling in excess of USD$4B in value. Jeff also served Auxly Cannabis Group, a Canadian publicly traded company, as founding CFO/COO. While at Auxly, Jeff secured C$300 million in equity financing and positioned Auxly to be one of the first cannabis companies in Canada to secure financing led by a Big 5 bank.
