Oana leads the Talent Operations group and has responsibility for the human resources digital employee experience and for all operational aspects within HR, including global payroll, pension and benefits administration, mobility, hybrid flexible work, and the optimization of HR data, processes and systems. Within CPP Investments, she previously held various roles within the Technology & Data and Investments Operations teams. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2005, Oana worked at Deloitte in the Enterprise Risk Consulting practice and held various operations positions at Canada Life and Mackenzie Financial. Oana holds an MBA from York University and a MA in Civil Engineering from the Civil Engineering University in Bucharest.
