Martin delivers insights and actionable advice to Real Assets’ investment committees and transaction teams on issues impacting long-term investment performance. He also serves on our global investment committees for real estate, infrastructure and energy. Martin joined the Real Estate investing team in 2005, founded the Private Real Estate Debt group in early 2010 and established the Listed Real Estate program. He founded the Real Assets Strategy Group in 2016. Prior to joining CPP Investments, Martin held transactional roles in the real estate investing, commercial lending and investment banking industries in the U.K., Canada and U.S. He holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA, with an emphasis in Real Estate, from the University of California at Berkeley.
