Ben leads the Developed Market Active strategy within the Public Credit group in our Credit Investments Department. Previously he focused on fixed income programs in both Global Capital Markets and Short Horizon Alpha groups. He was responsible for the vanilla and structured credit portfolios, as well as developing cross-product strategies spanning equity, foreign exchange, interest rates, credit and volatility. Prior to joining CPP Investments, Ben was a Portfolio Manager at London-based hedge fund Cheyne Capital Management, focused on both vanilla and structured credit strategies, including CDS and Correlation investing. Previously, Ben held various roles in credit trading at Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs in London. Ben holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MA in Engineering with French from the University of Warwick.
