Chairperson of the Board of Directors as well as the Board, Board Committee Chairs and Board Committees in relation to corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters. Before that, Andrea provided legal and compliance advice on a wide range of internal matters. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2007, Andrea practiced corporate and securities law at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg. Andrea holds a BSocSc from the University of Ottawa and a JD from the University of Toronto. Andrea is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
