Bio

Alex leads the strategy and operations team supporting the Real Assets Investment department. Previously, Alex was Managing Director, Head of Assurance and Advisory, where she led our Internal Audit team. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2017, Alex worked at KPMG, where as an Audit Partner in the firm’s practice, she worked with clients in the technology, media and telecommunications sector and gained valuable expertise in risk, governance and audit best practices. Alex holds a BComm from McGill University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and CA. She is on several charitable boards and audit committees, including the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences and the Junos, and Rise.
