Bio

Yvonne has spent her career in strategic operating roles within the consumer, technology and private equity industries. Before joining Cove Hill, Yvonne was COO and CFO of PillPack, a venture-funded online pharmacy startup. In this role, she led operations, finance, HR, real estate, and procurement. She helped lead the company through a successful sale to, and integration with, Amazon. Prior to her role at PillPack and Amazon, Yvonne spent ~9 years at Bain Capital, with the last few years serving as an Operating Partner and board member to several portfolio companies. During her time at Bain Capital, she worked closely with the CEOs and management teams of these portfolio companies on key portfolio value creation initiatives. Prior to Bain Capital, Yvonne spent 5 years at Honeywell. She worked in Corporate Strategy, and then held roles within the Security division as VP of Global Marketing and then as General Manager/ VP of ADI North America, a $1.7B distribution business. Yvonne started her career at McKinsey, where she worked for 5 years, and was promoted to Associate Partner. In her free time, Yvonne enjoys time with her husband and two daughters on adventures involving biking and hiking outdoors, traveling, and baking (and eating!). She is also active in the community and serves on the Boards of Youth Villages Massachusetts, a nonprofit that serves kids and families; and of the Beth Israel Lahey Health System.
