James Heilman is an Executive Vice President at CoVant. Prior to joining CoVant, Mr. Heilman was a Managing Director at CSP Associates, Inc. where he provided market analysis, strategic planning, and mergers & acquisitions advisory services to government agencies, corporations, private investors and financial institutions operating in the defense and government technology solutions markets. Mr. Heilman also held operational and management positions with Ford Aerospace & Communications Corporation, Loral Corporation, and Lockheed Martin Corporation. He received a BS degree from the University of Iowa and a MS degree from The American University. Mr. Heilman previously served on the board of directors at A-T Solutions, Inc. and LGS Innovations LLC. He currently serves on the boards of CoVant Technologies II LLC and LinQuest Corporation.
