Mr. Vyas joined Court Square in 2017. Prior to Court Square, Mr. Vyas focused on private equity investments as a Principal at Apax Partners, which he joined in 2005. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Lazard. B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
