Mr. Wayne joined the firm in 2022. Prior to Court Square, Mr. Wayne focused on consumer and retail investments as a Principal at CCMP Capital, which he joined in 2011. Previously, he was in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey. B.S. in Commerce, with Concentrations in Finance and International Business from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia;
