Jeffrey Shannon Bio

Jeff joined Cortec in 2002 and is a Managing Partner. Prior to Cortec, Jeff was an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney, where he worked in the Financial Sponsors group in New York and the Mergers and Acquisitions group in London. Jeff currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Aspen Medical Products, Center for Vein Restoration, Companion Pet Partners, Lap of Love, MPLT Healthcare, and Northstar Fertility Partners. He previously served on the Boards of Directors of 101 Mobility®, Community Veterinary Partners, Harmar, Urnex, and Weiman, among other investments. Jeff earned a M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and holds a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University.
