Bio

Fernando has an experience of 20 years in finance and private equity in Spain. He worked for five years in the corporate and investment banking divisions of JH Schroder and Salomon Smith Barney (currently Citi) in London and Madrid before joining Corpfin Capital in 2002. Since then, he has participated in numerous transactions in a variety of sectors, specializing in mid-market buy-outs and expansion capital deals in Spain. He is a partner at Corpfin Capital since 2011. Fernando holds an MBA degree from Instituto de Empresa (IE) and Bachelor degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE in Madrid.
