Bio

Mr. Rascia supports the Partners in transaction execution, transaction structuring, acquisition financing, development of investment theses and sourcing new investment opportunities. Prior to CORE, Ronnie spent over 8 years in private equity, leveraged finance and investment banking, most recently as an Assistant Vice President at Golub Capital, a leading credit asset manager with over $20 billion of capital under management focused on providing financing solutions to middle market companies and their private equity sponsors. In this role, he was responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments across the healthcare industry. Ronnie has helped close over 20 combined platform investments, add-on acquisitions and financing transactions during his career, and has worked closely with firms in a wide variety of sectors, including healthcare services, medical products, contract manufacturing, specialty distribution, automotive, metals & mining and diversified industrials. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ronnie spent three years as an Associate at Water Street Healthcare Partners, a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm, where he worked in a similar capacity and was promoted to Senior Associate. Ronnie began his career as an investment banking analyst focused on the industrials sector at Citigroup Global Markets in Chicago. Ronnie earned his BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he received University Honors and inclusion on the Bronze Tablet – the university’s highest honor awarded to students in the top 3 percent of the graduating class.
