As a Vice President, Taylor supports all aspects of Continuim’s investment identification, evaluation, and execution. In addition, Taylor partners with portfolio company management teams to help execute strategic and operational initiatives and interfaces with Continuim’s deal partners and investors. Prior to joining Continuim, Taylor was an Associate with PNC Mezzanine Capital, where he assisted in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, performed transaction due diligence, and monitored select portfolio companies. Taylor was previously an investment banker at Stephens, focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions for Midwest financial institutions. Taylor began his career as an expert testimony analyst at Ocean Tomo, an intellectual property merchant bank, quantifying economic damages arising from intellectual property disputes. Taylor graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance. He was born and raised in Emporium, PA, and currently resides in Pittsburgh PA. In his spare time, Taylor enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Taylor is also an avid supporter of Penn State football.
