Bio

Roger is a Senior Partner and serves as a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and the Investment Committee for Comvest’s private equity strategy. He has led investments in a variety of industry sectors including healthcare, business and facility services, TMT and transportation/logistics. Roger is responsible for all key aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Comvest, Roger was a Principal with ABRY Partners, and previously, he worked at Apax Partners. Prior to receiving his M.B.A., Roger worked at Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst, and started his career at Goldman Sachs in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Roger received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A and B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
