Bio

Palmer is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest’s private equity and special opportunities strategies. Prior to joining Comvest, Palmer worked as an Associate at Golden Gate Capital, where he focused on deal origination, investment analysis and execution, and portfolio company development. Prior to Golden Gate Capital, he was an Associate Consultant in the Boston office of Bain & Company, where he focused on due diligence projects for private equity clients. Palmer received a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
