Bio

Michael is the Equity Controller for Comvest Partners, and is responsible for overseeing accounting for the Firm’s private equity strategy. Michael also serves as a member of the private equity strategy’s Valuation Committee. Prior to joining Comvest, Michael was a Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton, where he led and managed audit teams of private clients in the financial services and specialty financing industries with a focus on private equity groups. Michael received a Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
