Bio

Brendan is a Principal and is responsible for underwriting, originating, structuring and managing investments across all industries for Comvest Credit Partners, Comvest’s direct lending strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Brendan worked in various asset management roles, most recently as a Vice President, in the Private Credit business at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on underwriting and structuring senior and junior debt and structured equity transactions for middle-market companies. Brendan received a B.B.A. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
