Andrei is responsible for managing relationships with intermediaries and relevant industry contacts, as well as identifying, originating and qualifying new investment opportunities for Comvest’s private equity strategy with a focus on consumer and e-commerce sectors. Prior to joining Comvest, Andrei was an Analyst at SBA Communications where he assisted the executive team with a focus on corporate finance, investor relations and corporate strategy. Andrei received a B.B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University where he was captain of the tennis team.
