Bio

Chris Gibson joined Compass Group in 2017. He focuses on business development, investment diligence and execution, equity raising, and working with our debt capital partners. Over a 12-year career, Chris has amassed a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience in private equity, leveraged finance, investment banking, and restructuring. Most recently, Chris worked at Twain Financial Partners, an investment firm with $3.0 billion under management. While at Twain, Chris focused on new investment opportunities and the management of its current portfolio. Before Twain, Chris worked at US Bank Leveraged Finance in St. Louis, FTI Corporate Finance and Restructuring in Chicago, and UBS Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors in New York. Chris earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Tulsa, where he earned a BSBA in Finance.
