Mr. Faulkingham joined The Compass Group in 2008. He is a member of the Investment Committee and, alongside Mr. Sabo, is responsible for evaluating and assessing transaction opportunities. He is also the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Compliance Officer of Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI), and is responsible for the company’s financial controls, accounting and reporting, as well as risk assessment on a public company level. In addition, he manages the relationships with CODI’s capital markets partners. Mr. Faulkingham enjoys his role as the company’s Investor Relations spokesperson because it is a privilege to share a success story when you believe in the value creation CODI provides its shareholders. Mr. Faulkingham currently serves as a director for CODI’s Velocity Outdoor Inc. subsidiary. Previously, Mr. Faulkingham was with Merrill Lynch; WebMD Corporation and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Faulkingham is a graduate of Lehigh University and Fordham University.
