Mr. Maciariello is Chief Operating Officer of Compass Diversified Holdings and a member of the Compass Group’s Investment Committee, which is responsible for evaluating all of the organization’s investment opportunities. In this role, he manages Compass Diversified Holdings’ transaction opportunities and has responsibility for financial and strategic oversight of its subsidiaries. Mr. Maciariello is currently a director and the Chairman of The Sterno Group of Companies, LLC and Foam Fabricators, Inc. He is also a director and board member of 5.11, Inc., doing business as 5.11 Tactical, Advanced Circuits, Inc. and The Ergo Baby Carrier, Inc. Mr. Maciariello joined The Compass Group in 2005. Prior to that, he was with Bain & Company and Deutsche Banc Alex Brown. Mr. Maciariello is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Columbia Business School.
