Bio

Ms. Ryan is responsible for the oversight of all legal matters pertinent to The Compass Group, including all regulatory and compliance programs. She provides support for Mr. Faulkingham and his staff with respect to Compass Diversified Holdings’ periodic reporting and other obligations as a publicly traded entity and leads the periodic reporting and compliance programs of Compass Group Management LLC, a registered investment adviser. With a background in mergers and acquisitions, she also provides support to the business team and oversight to external counsel during the company’s acquisitions process. She serves as Corporate Secretary for Compass Diversified Holdings and all of its subsidiaries, including providing legal advice on all corporate governance matters. Ms. Ryan joined The Compass Group in 2006. Prior to that, she was with Squire Patton Boggs LP. Ms. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
