Bio

Ms. Bajorek is a Vice President and Controller of Coltala Holdings. Her responsibilities include firm accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance reporting functions for Coltala and its related entities. Prior to joining Coltala Holdings, Ms. Bajorek worked as a personal accountant in the private equity industry, where she provided day-to-day accounting support, as well as tax compliance and planning for both individuals and various investment entities. Ms. Bajorek began her career in public accounting with a local firm before continuing on with BKD CPAs & Advisors. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the state of Texas.
