Madeleine Mac Mahon is the Director, People, Culture & Corporate ESG. Ms Mac Mahon is responsible for the design and delivery of the People, Culture & Corporate ESG Strategy across AMP Capital’s global business. She has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry including wealth management, insurance and investment management. This includes both senior Human Resources and business operations roles. Prior to joining AMP Capital Investors, Ms Mac Mahon spent six years as the Head of Strategy & Client Management for a consulting firm where she specialised in developing and implementing performance, culture and leadership strategies for corporate clients. Clients included Coca Cola, McDonalds, Fletcher Building Group, ING Direct, Qantas, Luxottica Group, Travelex, BT Financial and AMP Financial Services. Prior to this she worked for Tower Australia Limited for six years in various roles including HR Director and Head of Wealth and Risk Administration. Ms Mac Mahon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Melbourne’s Monash University and is currently studying a Masters of Peace & Conflict Studies at Sydney University. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently an Executive Director on the board of AMP Investment Services.
