David Allen was appointed to the role of Global CIO Equities in March 2017, with accountability for AMP Capital’s listed equity business globally. He is a member of AMP Capital’s Global Leadership Team. He joined AMP Capital in March 2016 as Global Head of Equities, based in London, where he remains today. The equity teams comprise Australian Equities, Global Listed Real Estate, Global Listed Infrastructure, Global Equities and the Sustainable Investment Team (ESG). The Equities team includes around 45 investment professionals located in Australia, London, Hong Kong and Chicago. Mr Allen holds a First Class Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London.
