Mr. Arteaga joined Cold Bore Capital as an Operating Partner in 2021. Prior to Cold Bore, Mr. Arteaga spent 23 years in the U.S. Army, most recently as the Army’s Legislative Liaison to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on Capitol Hill. He also served 16 years in various Special Forces elements, including the 7th Special Forces Group Commanders Response Force. As a Special Forces Operator, he served in multiple operational and strategic-level positions both in the U.S. and abroad. He participated in 23 operational deployments in three different geographical areas. Mr. Arteaga holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, a Masters degree from George Washington University, and a Masters from The National Defense University in Washington, DC. He is a bachelor alumnus of Norwich University.
