Mr. Lathrop joined Cold Bore in 2019 as an Operating Partner. Prior to joining Cold Bore, Mr. Lathrop was a Senior Director of Project Management at Integrated Device Technology, a manufacturer, of mixed-signal semiconductor solutions communications, computing, and consumer industries. Prior to working at Integrated Device Technology, Mr. Lathrop was a Senior Program Manager at Peregrine Semiconductor. Prior to working at Peregrine Semiconductor, Mr. Lathrop worked at Naval Special Warfare Group 1, Trident Custom Boats and Element Media Design. Before his professional career, Mr. Lathrop held multiple positions in the U.S. Navy SEALs throughout more than seven years of service.
