Bio

Charles-Henri is a graduate from HEC Paris and Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. He started his career in investment banking in London where he advised financial sponsors on large cap M&A and financing mandates across a variety of sectors in Europe. After having moved back to Paris with Morgan Stanley, in 2007 he joined a private equity firm dedicated to controlling buyouts in the French middle market, where he was a Managing Director. He joined Cobepa in 2014. Charles-Henri has held lead roles in the execution of majority and minority investments and in the subsequent implementation of value creation strategies in portfolio companies alongside entrepreneurs and managers. He has held numerous board seats over the years (Chairman of the Board of STACI, Chairman of the Board of Exclusive Ventures, Board Member of Exclusive Group, Le Pain Quotidien, and Novescia notably), and is currently Chairman of the Board of Salice, Crealis, Scalian, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Climater, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Gerflor and Board Member of Socotec.
