Dirk Jaspers leads management teams of CoBe’s portfolio companies during the transformation phase, which is typically following a transaction. Currently, he is intensely involved with Façade and Glazing Solutions UK. Prior to joining CoBe Capital, Mr. Jaspers developed a track record of more than 20 years with leading management teams of medium-sized companies in transformational situations--as an independent professional in interim management, consulting and board roles; as an Executive in the construction materials industry (Pfleiderer Holzwerkstoffe; Weru); and as a Principal with McKinsey & Company, where he led the German Construction Materials Practice and co-led the Global Supply Chain Management Practice. Mr. Jaspers received holds degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Passau (Germany). He is fluent in German, English and Dutch.
