Will is a Vice President at Coalesce Capital. Prior to joining Coalesce in 2024, he was a Vice President at New Mountain Capital and previously worked at Vestar Capital Partners, Perella Weinberg Partners, and BMO Capital Markets. Will currently serves on the board of directors at Miller Environmental Group. Will received a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
