Ove Gehl has been Director Finance and Controlling at CMP since 2018. After an apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank, he studied business administration at the University of Münster. Following spells with Hypo-Bank in Munich and the Freudenberg Group in Weinheim, Ove served as CFO with Gebr. Bode GmbH & Co. KG in Kassel, where he was instrumental in the company’s restructuring. As partner or manager together with his team, he then handled the recovery mandates for the PREPS capital market programs. From 2013 to 2018, Ove was a member of the supervisory board of a mid-sized company. As Director Finance and Controlling, Ove is responsible for all commercial processes and activities at CMP. Over the past 20-plus years, he has gained a wealth of experience in corporate restructuring. Ove’s main areas of expertise are corporate and process analysis.
