Mr. Mark is a Partner and Chief Administrative Officer of CM Equity Partners and joined the firm in December 2015. Mr. Mark represents CM Equity Partners on the Board of Graco Supply and Integrated Services, Inc. Mr. Mark was a Director in the Risk Arbitrage Group at Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to that he spent 18 years at Bear, Stearns & Co. While at Bear he was a Managing Director in the Risk Arbitrage Sales Group. Prior to that Mr. Mark was Managing Director and Global Head of Agency Event Driven Trading. He began his career in the Accounting Department at Bear, Stearns. Mr. Mark earned a BBA in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. He a past Chairman of the UJA/Federation Young Leadership Wall Street Division and past board member and co-founder of the Young Professionals of the American Parkinson Disease Association.
