Christopher E. Joseph is a Co-Founder and Partner at Clovis Point. Prior to Clovis Point, Mr. Joseph worked on the lower middle-market investment team of Main Street Capital Corporation (“Main Street”). At Main Street, Mr. Joseph’s responsibilities included handling all aspects of the deal execution process and actively monitoring investments, including serving on several boards. During his time at Main Street, Mr. Joseph closed eight transactions representing $110 million of total invested capital. dusty_desert copy desert-road copy Previously, Mr. Joseph worked at Republic Holdings, an Austin-based private investment holding company, where he made direct investments and provided financial assistance to small, growing companies. Mr. Joseph began his career in the Natural Resources Investment Banking Group of J.P. Morgan, where he was involved in a wide variety of mergers and acquisition, strategic advisories and capital market financings for clients engaged in all facets of the energy industry. Mr. Joseph received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University and his M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Joseph is a founding board member of PULSE: Professionals United to Lead St. Luke’s Health System, and is actively involved with the Greater Houston Community Foundation, Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Family Alliance and the Ranching and Wildlife Committee at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
